His work focuses on growth and margin expansion through gross margin improvement, disciplined cost management, and reduction of indirect spend, particularly across freight, packaging, and other fragmented cost areas, supported by cost intelligence and structured expense reduction.

He combines Lean principles with practical, low-cost digital tools to simplify operations, improve visibility, and eliminate waste, delivering measurable improvements in lead time, working capital, and EBITDA.

Through Optima Value Partners, he partners with organizations seeking practical, results-driven performance improvement.

He works with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and founder-led organizations to convert revenue into margin, improve cash flow, and strengthen operations.

He has held leadership roles, including Chief Transformation Officer at Fultra, Operating Advisor at Tenex Capital Management, and Corporate Vice President at J.B. Poindexter & Co., and has driven transformation within organizations, including GE and Goldman Sachs portfolio company Sigma Engineered Solutions, leading turnarounds across complex, multi-site operations in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and EMEA.
